Exploring distant planets, observing unknown phenomena, and perhaps one day uncovering the origin of life — many space missions venture to the outer edges of our Solar System to expand our scientific understanding of the Universe. CNES plays a key role in these efforts through numerous international collaborations. One such mission is the JUICE probe, recognizable by its cross-shaped solar panels. After a 7-year journey, it is expected to reach Jupiter in 2030 to explore the gas giant’s icy moons.
